History

20 years ago, Mark Pigou and Ian Jindal created a B2B events and media business for professionals in multichannel retail, providing insight, analysis and events to the sector’s pioneers.

In 2014 Martin Shaw joined to kickstart primary research. Punditry and opinion was not enough for the sophisticated commercial leaders and facts, trends, comparisons and insights demanded reliable, relevant facts.

After a decade of using our data solely for the preparation of benchmark industry reports (distributed via InternetRetailing and other media partners), we have opened our data to our subscribers online, via apps, and downloads – providing facts and actionable insight ‘under your thumb’.

The research-powered insights, networking and events convert the billions of datapoints from the last decade into ideas, contacts and tactics to thrive in the future.
